Refunds & Returns
We hope that you are always 100% satisfied with any purchase you make from us, however, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item to us. The following information serves to make returning any items to us as simple and hassle free as possible. If, on the rare occasion, you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods. You will only receive a refund for goods that have not been opened and are in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
If goods are faulty, or if you receive a product that you didn’t order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods. Any refunds will be issued to the card originally used to purchase. We will only refund the delivery charge if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear in your bank account.
