Orange Liqueur Chocolate Truffle

Creamy orange milk chocolate filling blended with real orange liqueur encased in a milk chocolate shell with white chocolate decoration.

Rum Chocolate Truffle

Creamy milk chocolate centre with rum encased in a dark chocolate shell and decorated with dark chocolate vermicelli.

Soft Caramel Chocolate Truffle

Smooth creamy soft caramel encased in milk chocolate coated in fine sugar.

Rich, strong coffee chocolate centre encased in a smooth dark chocolate shell with a white chocolate decoration

Creamy white chocolate centre made with fresh cream and laced with marc de Champagne, coated in white chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.

Bucks Fizz Chocolate Truffle

Creamy ganache, made with fresh cream, Marc de Champagne and orange, encased in a white chocolate shell and partly decorated with coating of milk chocolate.

Raspberry and Champagne Chocolate Truffle

Creamy ganache made with fresh cream, raspberry puree and Marc de Champagne encased in a white chocolate shell and decorated with freeze dried raspberry pieces.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, whole MILK powder, Glucose Syrup, Fresh Creams (MILK), Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Powder, Humectant: sorbitol, Sweetened Condensed Skimmed MILK, Marc de Champagne, Water, Butter (MILK), Rum 4%, Icing Sugar, Skimmed MILK powder, Orange Liqueur 2%, Freeze dried Raspberry, Coffee Liqueur 3%, Alcohol, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Raspberry Puree, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Freeze Dried Coffee, Salt, Orange Oil, Natural Toffee Flavour, Colour: beetroot red, Butter Oil (MILK).

Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa solids 72% minimum.
