Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. - A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Just like how Chocolate should taste!

First of all please let me say, WELL DONE WHITAKERS, for NOT putting Palm oil in any of your products & for keeping actual Chocolate in your chocolate products 👏 I’m a massive chocolate fan, have been all my life & now in my late 50’s I’ve stopped eating most chocolate’s as they are NO longer made of Chocolate.
Now my review for the black cherry creams! First taste wow it’s extremely promising as the Cherry flavour is wonderful (big cherry fans) however it’s not quite strong enough as the dark chocolate somewhat overpowers the cherry flavour. Would this stop me from buying this item? Absolutely NOT, would definitely buy again! 😊 Please carry on with your fabulous principles of keeping chocolate as proper chocolate & not cutting on the quality by swapping for substandard oily ingredients like the rest of greedy corporations! We will carry on purchasing from yourselves for a very long time!

Luscious Dark Chocolate with Black Cherry Fondant

Not a very strong cherry taste

Not a very strong cherry taste . Chocolate coating is very good.
My favourite fondant chocolates are quality street
Strawberry, orange and also lemon when they are available . I think it’s because they are softer in texture. Most chocolatiers seem to be moving towards truffles which I find boring , samey and filling .
