Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Christmas Chocs

Bought most of my family a different flavour of your chocolates, have recently given a review one of the flavours, everyone very pleased with them but cheaper to buy in a shop due to the postage cost

Sublime Lemon & Lime creams

I love lemon creams & lime creams but haven't seen them in shops for years.
I saw these on the Whittakers website when browsing for coffee creams & they went in the basket as an Xmas treat.
They are fabulous, the right amount of dark chocolate over a creamy lemon & lime citrus fondant, not overly citrussy or sweet. The flavour combination is the perfect balance.
I love them & will order more soon.

Really tasty

Full of flavour can really taste the lemon and lime, lovely chocolate treat. Will be purchasing again only one downside I thought they were individually wrapped but they’re not but it didn’t stop the enjoyment.

I pop mine in the fridge so that the gorgeous chocolate is beautifully crisp when I crack it later. The filling is the perfect blend of sharp and sweet. The only problem is I can't stop eating them once I've started.
