Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Truly Epic chocolates... Well worth the price.

Sadly my words aren't enough to do justice to these chocolates... I'm too busy eating them and increasing my chances of looking like Mr Blobby to really care. All I can say is join the club.... Delicious from the fridge!?

Delicious from the fridge!? I know it’s not generally not recommended to put chocolate in the refrigerator however in the recent heat we have had these are a definite delicious little cooling treat I would 1000% recommend, chocolate creams and fizzy drinks go particularly well 😁👍

Great for coeliac and vegans!!

Bought as a gift for my daughter who is a coeliac, she really enjoyed them along with the tiramasu version. Nice size too....also went down well with some vegan family members. Good to find confectionery that suits all our dieter needs!

Taste of luxury.

From the moment we opened the packs, we knew how gorgeous they were. It's the rich, dark chocolate, then mixed with the tangy, tasty cream centre that gives a luxurious experience! .......problem is, there are other packs to be opened and some have gone to friends as well.

I brought the chocolates because I always loved raspberry fondant creams, and it is difficult to find them anymore.
The box looks appealing and I'm sure the chocolates will be delicious when they are eaten on Christmas day. I have given 5 stars hoping they taste how I remember them in the past.

Absolutely delicious, just the right amount of snap as you bite through the chocolate coating and then the cream centre just fills your taste buds with happiness. All in all a fabulous chocolate and a great price too.
