Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. - Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Very disappointing.

These were very disappointing. There was no real ginger tang and they were too sweet and cloying.

Whitakers chocolates will be the death of me. . .

but what a way to go!!!

Basically, I adore Whitakers & so return time & time again (& again & again!!!)

These Ginger Creams were amazing - So much so I actually locked them in my garage in the hope I wouldn't eat so many. Sadly this was futile as I had the only key & so they, like so many before them, went far, far too quickly. . . but the guilt lasted less time than the chocolates did!!!

Review of dark chocolate foiled ginger fondant creams tub (1kg)

I bought these as my favourite of your chocolate creams is the Ginger flavour, and the 1kg was a lot better value than buying a lot of your smaller packs - they don't last long! Only difference was that they seemed a bit smaller(?), but maybe this was because they don't have the ridging effect on them like those in the packs. Quality good, though, smooth chocolate and flavour just right.

Thanks for your review, we are pleased you enjoyed our ginger creams. In terms of the size and profile, you are correct in thinking the foiled creams are smaller! Only by a little though, the foiled creams weigh 8.33 grams, whereas the unfoiled creams are 10 grams and they also have the decorative lines. Despite the size difference, the recipe is exactly the same!
