Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Granddaughter age 3 loves them

I'm not a fan of fondant sweets but my granddaughter aged nearly 3 loves them. She started liking them at Christmas, calls them stawby loc lut. I bought one box to see if she still liked them, most unusual with them being dark chocolate, but she does enjoy them so I thought id best get some in for her. Bought 3 x boxes so we should be on for the next month or so.most.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Delicious chocolate and fondant. Loved by whole family. The best tasting vegan chocolate product I have come across (I am dairy free) and the rest of the family(who are not vegan or dairy free) chose Whitakers over Cadbury's and Nestle chocolates. Only downside....I thought I'd have the box to myself!

Delicious chocs

Nice chocolates

Nice chocolates, was a bit sceptical at first and would have not purchased them had I seen they are vegan, which is normally a badge for tasteless for most products I have tried that are vegan. But pleased to say not in this case they were very good.
