Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.
Delivery & Tracking:
Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:
- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Love these stem ginger dark chocolates. I eat an average of 2 a day, great because chocolate has no palm oil. Very yu. My, helps withmy digestive system. So a win win. Delivery and packaging is good and super quick delivery.

The chocolates are delicious but the plastic tub was split even though it was well packaged.

Just what I wanted by way of chocolate gingers, but mostly impossible to find elsewhere at anywhere even close to the price I paid for 1kg of them. Problem is, with such a big tub of them in my fridge everyone assumes they're for sharing. Hey ho. Everybody else loves them too so I'm stuck with that.

A quality product! Large pieces of delicious ginger wrapped in dark chocolate. Ordinarily I’m not a fan of dark chocolate but this pairing is sophisticated and moreish. The large tub means I can share with guests at Christmas.

I’m addicted! Spicy soft ginger and dark chocolate… really delicious. Nice large pieces. It’s a shame you can’t buy the large jars anymore because they had huge chunks of deliciousness in them.

I like this idea. I might not if the chocolate ginger wasn’t excellent, but it is. It represents very good value for excellent chocolate and the container is reusable and fully recycleable.
