Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. - A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

Very very tasty chocolate

Very very tasty chocolate, best if left to melt in the mouth then you get the true taste which is lovely then into the Brazil nuts which were crunchy and creamy.
Was disappointed for what o got for my money, at the first sight of the box I was shocked but as it was a treat for myself after breaking my arm at work I deserved it.
Would I buy them again? No purely because of the expense of how little I got and how much postage was and how long they took to deliver.

In terms of pricing, these products are double enrobed with thick milk chocolate which is an expensive process but one that creates the best taste and texture. Other cheaper nuts on the market are panned, which is a process of spraying the nuts, usually this chocolate is a thinner and cheaper blend (i.e. palm oil or added vegetable fats). We feel our price reflects the taste, quality and ingredients used but fully appreciate your view point. Thank you for choosing Whitakers
