Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Expensive crumbs

Very disappointing this is the second box I have ordered that have arrived smashed to pieces in 6 months and with P&P they are not cheap. We usually order Dark chocolate mint wafer thins but as the last box arrived smashed to pieces I thought we’d try the milk chocolate. Expensive disappointing treat.

We’re really sorry to hear that your wafer thins arrived damaged—especially twice. Because the chocolate layers are so fine, they’re more vulnerable to bumps in transit, and even with the extra protective packing we add, occasional breakage can still happen. We understand that doesn’t make an “expensive treat” feel very special, and we apologise for the disappointment. (For what it’s worth, the crumbs do taste just as minty-rich as the whole pieces—but they’re not the presentation you paid for.) Well….

The taste If the mints were as good as I thought they would be but, the quality was extremely disappointing. First they were in a plain cardboard box with a sticker on (not in you own box) id say about 10% were broken

The product purchased is part of our catering and bulk range, which is designed to prioritise value and quantity rather than decorative, gift-style packaging like you’ll find in our retail selection. Due to the nature and weight of this product, some breakage can occasionally occur despite our best efforts to protect the contents, as handling during transit is unfortunately beyond our control. If the purchase was intended as a gift, we would recommend our retail-ready wafer boxes instead. Although slightly smaller in weight, they are presented in beautiful packaging and are better suited for gifting. We hope this explanation is helpful and assists with future purchases. Yum yum mint chocolate wafer thin chocolate

Yum yum. Bought for Christmas but just had to test them just in case ha ha. They are so delicious . Never ever have been let down. Used to be a regular customer at the Skipton shop but moved to Abergavenney in South Wales. Please open a shop down here. It would do really well with foot fall. It's just what we need.

The ultimate chocolate mint crisp thins

These are the best tasting mint crisp chocolates that you can buy. I prefer the milk chocolate variety but the plain chocolate is great as well. These are a regular treat in our household every Christmas. 10/10
