Hi! My name is Laura - The Ilkley Baker - 30 years old - living with husband Craig and with my lovely Labrador Mollie. I have been baking since I was 3 years old and my passion for baking has grown and grown over the years. Baking helps me to relax and switch off, and I love being able to provide my friends and family (myself included!) with delicious treats.

I particularly love to bake brownies, cookies and cakes, specialising in vegan & gluten free baking as well as refined sugar free. Tasty, delicious baking can be good for you too! Besides baking I love to read and take Mollie on long walks and adventures.

I hope you enjoy the recipes I am going to share with you and have a go at making them yourself! It’s a real pleasure to be working with Whitakers Chocolates - our local family owned chocolate business - creating some delicious recipes for you.
